Our Process

Client shares desired lifestyle or aesthetic changes for the home as well as any pre-selected material options
Decide whether a formal design plan is needed.
If the project is determined to be straight forward an initial estimate will be provided
A list of action items will be established along with a date for the Plan Review Meeting
2) Design Phase
If it is determined that a formal design plan is needed, a meeting will be scheduled with the design team.
The design team consists of the client, a residential interior designer, an architect and an engineer.
The team will work closely with the client to select materials and to produce any required architectural/engineering drawings for the project.
A Design Contract is required in advance of the design services.
